I received a request from one of my friends, asking questions about the duties of Business Management Consultants and Business Administrators?
So, I decided to write something about it.
Definition: Business Management consultants are responsible for:
a.Helping organizations solve issues,
b. create value,
c. maximize growth
d. improve business performance.
They are deeply skilled in business and provide objective advice and expertise and help an organization develop any specialist skills that it may be lacking.
Business Administrators?
A Business Administrator, or Business Director, is responsible for:
a. overseeing the day-to-day operations of a business.
b. hiring staff members,
c. leading department meetings
d. communicating with upper management to implement new policies and procedures in daily operations.
A little summary of the two, it is advisable to have them for a successful business
However you might ask, can a Startup shoulder the expenses of employing the above professionals?
